During a Moon Womb Belly Binding Session I will meet up with the mother to show her the correct way to wrap herself and educate her on the basics and benefits of belly binding, as well as provide her with corrective exercises to support the diastasis recti healing process. Belly Bind Session comes with a wrap and a warming oil blend to apply during binding.
